I had the best customer service with respect to the whole process, from ordering and paying online right through to delivery. They were very gracious and alerted me to the fact that I needed to correct some part of the address. The gifts were delivered on time and were beautifully presented - lovely fresh fruit and chocolates. I would have no hesitation in using them again and highly recommend them

First time ordering flowers online. My worries instantly vanished due to the accommodating nature of their customer care specialists. The yellow tulips that I ordered brought smiles to its intended recipient, and at the end of the day, that's really all that matters. Raphael's Flowers & Gifts Philippines is on the top of my list. I was looking for a flower shop in Manila and found out about Raphael's gifts. They were able to deliver the flowers within the time I specified. The customer service is also good, they replied to multiple queries that I made and were able to accommodate last minute changes to my order! I hope to make more orders with them! I ordered flowers and chocolates last week for valentine’s day. My mom has received my gift early as i requested. Also, It looks the same as in photos and I like it.
