I hope that the staff will be more caring to the patients. There are a few ER staff who is only concern about completing their tasks, no care about how the patient is physically. I mean, like cleaning the part of the body of the patient that has been injured and making sure that before the patient leaves the hospita. Complete instructions were not given like the doctor's schedule for removal of suture. The fee they charge is not comparable to the service provided. I commend the radiology department staff who attended to my needs. He was very courteous and gentle and explained all the procedures that were done to me. The Customer Service Department of the hospital, if it exist should retrain their staff. They are dealing with human beings and not robots.

One of the best hospitals in Quezon City, World Citi Medical Center is located along Aurora Boulevard, near St. Joseph Shrine-Cubao. The facilities are mixed of hospital and hotel themes, with the Front Medical Services located on its ground floor, clinics for Out-Patient Department on its 2nd-4th floors, and the hospital wards on the upper floors, as well as the offices of Medical Board and other rooms for their operations. As of this Pandemic, WCMC serves as a COVID-19 facility for the entire Quezon City and is still open for OPD Patients, except for those with Pulmonary concerns.

I was operated here on Sept 10. Prior to that we have been asking to meet the doctor as we need to have him sign some documents for sss and my insurance claim. I was discharged on Sept 13 and until now (Sept 22) we havent seen my doctor. We've asked the nurses, his secretary even other doctors and personnel from the records dept for assistance but got nowhere. His secretary even had to refer us to VLuna hospital just to get his schedule but still we are not getting any results. I dont have any problem with the services during my stay there but this experience with one of their doctors is really a pain and such an inconvenience for us since we are from Rizal and it takes us almost 2 hrs just to go there and process our documents. I hope the administration of this hospital makes it a point to have their doctors responsible enough to assist their patients for these kind of issues. I'm sure I'am not the only patient who had to process insurance and sss claim after being hospitalized. If every patient has to suffer this kind of treatment then this hospital should not be considered by regular people who needs to file insurance and or sss claims.

Getting your medical records is very frustrating. Will take days just to connect on phone lines and then months to get your request. Too many reasons of delay. Very much disappointed!!!
