Metro Antipolo Hospital and Medical Center

A hospital that prioritizes money first before serving their patient doesn't even deserve a single star. Don't even consider going to this "establishment". Been here for about 3 days for my partners delivery via CS and we've paid 6 digits without getting proper service. They will charge you in advance like what the other people have experience and guess what, they won't give a d*mn about even after them getting the money from you. New born screening of my baby wasn't done straight away after the delivery and got postponed and since that they have already charged us for that and got it paid just for us to be dischaged, we don't have any choice but to go back there. GO BACK TO THAT PLACE WITH OUR 3 WEEKS OLD BABY KNOWING THE PANDEMIC RIGHT NOW. and yes it's been 3 weeks already that we're discharged but I still haven't gotten the birth certificate of our child. I can't find any words to say how frustrated I am with what have happened. Shame on this place.

the rates are horrible... they did d procedure ecg twice without telling why.... maybe jz increasing my bill... stayed ib the emergency for half an hourm& its already 55000 bill!! rooms are broken, aircon defective, tv no signal thats y we get that privte... no option that time that is y m there

I would not even entrust coming to this "establishment" (they do not consider themselves as medical institution) they have little to no consideration towards the people seeking medical attention. Here is what I can tell everyone, I have my license with me as your required, all I was asking for was a tetanus shot and yet you turned me away on a self accident.

Thank you to the night shift nurses and doctors in the ER. Everyone has been so nice and professional. It was actually our 1st time at this hospital and thinking of making them as our run-to place for emergencies and other medical assistance and needs. Thank you!

This hospital is fairly new in the area but it’s the most complete in terms of facilities and services. Doctors and staff are both competent and courteous.
