Plenty of vacant clinics still and elevator operators seems to prioritized doctors instead of patients...maybe because doctors tend to let their patients wait most of the time...

San Martin Ward - Cons: Staff which includes Medical Interns/Residents etc... are very loud (chitchat and laughter) especially in the station. Our patient post surgery couldn’t sleep well. Even the sound of nurses using something (maybe mortar and pestle?) to crush their drugs can be heard in our room. Pros: The nurses and aides are helpful when you ask for a request. Members of the Medical Team were good. Security Guards are approachable when you need directions. Elevator Personnel are friendly.

We've been going back and forth to this hospital since last year for check up but the doctor always failed to address our needs and concerns properly. #dissapointed

The hospital itself is clean and cozy. However, the hospital grounds are shared with the school and its concessionaires, making it somewhat difficult for infrequent hospital visitors to navigate from one medical building to another.

No proper system many of the nurses don't know what their doing smartphone all the time. They will let you wait for more than 4 hours, helpless seniors...
