Nice and clean

Don't ever book here. Very bad customer service. Last April 22, 2018 we went to Dingalan with my family and some friends. We didn't book a resoet in advance so we resorted to hunting. We went to Family Beach Resort. Around 5pm we arrived at the resort. We booked two non-aircon rooms. It's okay even non-aircon. The caretakers said they would clean the room. So we ate first at the cottage and took a short stroll on the beach. At 8pm my nephew must be asleep. When we arrived in the room there were no bedsheets, blankets and pillows. We will still sleep without a bedsheet. It's still calm. Mom asked for bedsheet etc. We put it. The electric fan bag is still broken and very weak. I said to my mom, "Well, here they are. They'll clean it up until now. Let's do it. Let's move on." So my mom asked a staff member if we could transfer and move to another resort. He calmly talked ha. Here is the part playing. Her great-aunt (I didn't know her name) told her "I didn't know you were high-class". Walastek, are we high-class able to afford good customer service? That we can take care of you and fix the room we paid for ?? My mom was angry, my brother was rude. Call the old attorney again to contact us. Don't even talk to my mom. It was just scary. Attorney so much so that he is just a troupe that he will scare ??? Tas took our plate number yet. It even threatens "thank you no guest if I can't help you". Wooow !!! Your customer service is great !! Kakaloka ka! Little things you can never regret. You said you didn't do anything wrong. Kalerki !!!! I dont know if you don't know or you just don't really know, but you don't treat your customers that way. Let's go! So don't even have to book jan. People are very rude and unprofessional. At Puritan Resort we went. Service is good, very kind people. Even though it may be low power it's okay to talk nonsense!
