A little friendliness at the counter will really be appreciated. The one currently assigned is so stiff. Afterall, we are paying patients... and even if we are not, we will feel better despite our pains if we are treated with friendliness. The students, who are tasked to do the therapy on us, are ok, though...i felt ill today coz i got stressed up today at the center...
