The resort is in shabby condition, a far cry from the pictures online. Made a reservation with them only to learn upon our arrival that they've overbooked. The native hut that we're supposed to stay was given to other guests. We were offered 3 rooms instead but we refused because it was a downgrade from what we've paid for (bad aircon, dirty linens, musty smelling rooms). The manager who made the booking mishap was nowhere to be found and refused to take our call. The resort is old and in bad shape. The layout is pretty good and it's a pity that the owners weren't able to maintain it..
