LBC in baler has no warehouse they sort out packages in the street. One time my sister sent me biscuit baked in out hometown. Mouse from their warehouse had the biscuit beforw my family did. Very poor service. The staff just don't care.

Worst service. delivery agents are not performing their duties of locating recipients and giving inaccurate reports in tracking record. there is also no way you can give constructive feedback in their office and you will look bad in the eyes of the people around you when you assert your position which is basically your right as a customer. inaccuracies happened not once but already thrice. maybe people have no choice that's why staff don't pay attention on the concerns of the customer
