Waterfront Hotel & Casino Cebu City

Great for my first time walk-in experience.. 😅 I'll be going toback definitely... 4 star since it was not really perfect glass on my room are not perfectly clean... bathroom is good... bathtub is good.. hot water is good.. bed is good.. Aircon is not so good.. I was sweating when I'm under the sheets..

Huge and clean hotel with great amenities and food. Some of the rooms look dated though but others are still good. Stunning views of the mountainside or towards the sea. Love the buffet at Cafe Uno and the dessert shop. Attentive staff and good venue for concerts and other events. Very much accessible with malls and restaurants, cafes and a food market within walking distance.

Liked the restaurant however didn't care for the casino. Many slot machines are not active but the main issue I had was there's no regular blackjack, only Spanish blackjack that doesn't include using 10's.

Waterfront Lahug still amazes me with its CLASSY LOBBY entrance... Great service / friendly staff ...

Their internet service was not really that good. I have intermittent connection and it affected my work. Some of the restaurants listed on their food menu was not available which is understandable because of limited people needs to work during these times. Also when you go down even just in the lobby you really have to bring your face shield and have to list down all the food you want to be delivered, so I would suggest to get your order all at the same time or maybe wait for your other order to arrive before getting inside or else you really have to write it every single time. Still a lot of things to improve.
