Physicians Diagnostic

This place is horrible. I had medical on this place. And i accidentally heard one of the lady staff in the Laboratory area who is in the front said that "when she got annoyed with the patient, she will find a way that this patient will not be fit for duty". As a patient i feel bad with all the patient who went on this place. I heard they are very strict but into such point that they purposely looking for a mistake intentionally. I'm searching online where is there head office to file a proper complain.

They don't even deserve a star!!!!! If you have other options for medical clinics please do not go to Cebu Physicians Diagnostic!!!! Processing time of everything is really really slow, you have to wait hours or days for a single document you need. Some of the staff are rude, there is a staff i called on the phone asking if my papers where forwarded to my agency and he only said "OK NA" which i found out fews days after that he never did. Horrible service, outdated facilities and inefficient staff, you guys should improve or better yet close down.

Equipments are obsolete. My xray in chong hua showed normal and my xray in here showed some remarkable findings. Their xray machine is really old.

Very slow, took me how many days for only a medical exam thats supposed to be only one day and the purpose for this is only for my school.👎👎👎

super duper slow service. very rude staff and nurses. doctor is always out.
