A nice structure and a historical place. Now is a library lower part.

No outside books or laptops allowed to be brought in as of October 2020. Hours are Monday to Saturday 8 to 5 PM

It's a great place to study and learn. It's just sad that it's not a 24hr library anymore.

A good place to study. It was the first and only 24 hr. Library in the phil under mayor osmena but sadly it changed when mayor labella won and is onlt open now from 8am-12mn. Still a good time to study tho
