Purrfect Treats - Guadalupe Branch

Amazing. Spectacular. There was one beautiful Himalayan cat sitting on the boxes and it allowed me to pet it. A great experience. The staff was accommodating and patient too.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The place itself though is very cramped, it's stacked up to the ceiling with sacks of dog food. It's so cramped that there is only one narrow aisle from the front door leading all the way to the back of the store. Sometimes, this aisle is even littered with products so you have to be careful traversing it. It felt more like a warehouse than a store. I was even surprised they had grooming. It's all the way at the back, it seems, as that's where they brought my dog. I didn't see the actual room where they performed the grooming, because it was very difficult to move around. But having said that, they have always had whatever dog food or products I was looking for, the latter being surprising because, as I said, I couldn't see any products other than sacks of dog food which filled the entire store.

Good shop,but a bit up and down with stocks on certain items. Also have a "dog hotel"

I came in before 8:00 AM and wait until beyond 8 in the morning but the store still close. No business hours indicated in their store site. It came out that customers always waiting for them to open. Sorry to give you this poor rating.

Very Bad experience. Not going back there again.
