The masseurs are blind which are trained by the govt. Which is the project of DSWD for PWD. You can choose either sitting massage or lying massage for 30 mins. Or 1 hour. One of the best massage i had in Cebu. Located at upper ground floor Colonnade Mall in Colon St. Cebu City
