Me and my wife availed for the 3 in 1 promo (Body Scrub, Massage and Facial). Me and my wife had fun with the body scrub since it was our first (lol). The massage was OK as well as the facial. However, what I can say is, I am consistent with their Diamond Peel for years now. So far, they have never made me regret anything.

If there were less than 1 star to give, that's how I'd rate it. My niece bought their 14-session diamond peel package. The day after her first session she developed painful bumps on her face that looked pus-filled. She went back to Prana to show them and see what they could do to remedy the problem, or at the VERY LEAST give her a refund since she obviously didn't want to go back there. They wouldn't give her a refund, and they wouldn't even let her see the manager! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I used to be a regular customer there, but they don't deserve my business, or my friends' and family's business. I'm sharing this incident on social media and to everyone I know because this shouldn't have happened, and shouldn't happen again. They don't take responsibility for anything that happens to you... as long as they already have your money. Let what happened to my niece be a warning if you're thinking of using their services.

My daughter availed of their diamond peel service which resulted in infected rashes/ pimple like bumps on her face. She returned the next day to inform them of the outcome but had the worst customer service experience. She could not get through to the manager to complain.The staff could not come up with any excuse, refund or plausible explanation about her case. I hope we need not take any legal action towards this establishment. The least they can do is check her condition and refer her to a doctor if needed. I would ask everyone to take caution in getting their services. Very unprofessional.
