You should call in advance. 233-2039. After 8pm, if you walk in, its already considered an emergency and that adds 1k to your bill on top of check-up, etc. I guess it makes sense because there aren't a lot of vet hospitals open after 8 around the city at all. I went there with my cat suffering from diarrhea. Arrived at 6. They were very attentive, and they handled my cat nicely. I mean at least to the best of my knowledge, they were nice to her. They still know best. I could see everything going on because the examination table was just there separated by a sort of half divider. The doctor attending to us was also very accommodating. He discussed possible ways I could take for my cat. Over all I was highly satisfied. But that's considering I didn't have waiting time because I was the first to arrive.

Our cat had medical emergency at Sunday night. Good thing they are open and jave professional Veterinary Doctor 24/7. Our vat's life was saved. Thanks Doctor John.

Last night we went there to have an emergency check-up on our beloved husky. We went there at around 8-9pm since our dog was vomiting late at night last night. There were no other vet that was open so we went there. The clinic was okay. Not so modern and perhaps quite homey. Which is actually quite nice. So, They placed my husky on the exam table and went about their business. I noticed that they were kinda in a hurry and they were finished with the examination quickly than i have anticipated. And being a medical practitioner myself, I know that You have to examine carefully as to have a proper diagnosis to you can prescribe the appropriate medication. Long story short, the vet injected some antibiotics and other injections for the vomiting and prescribed tablets to take home. Seeing my dog very weak, i asked if iv dextrose would be a good idea but she adviced against it. So we took our dog home. The very next morning, our dog died. So i went to the vet and returned the meds since I won’t have any use for it... they accepted and gave us a refund. But i asked the vet the specific diagnosis and she couldn’t even give me a proper answer. It took another person to give me a diagnosis but it wasn’t specific. And then I remembered they didn’t even get a lab test and just injected lots of stuff without knowing what to treat... i know for a fact that one must know the diagnosis to have accurate medication prescription and they just decided, “hey let’s inject lots of stuff on this dog and let them be on their way...” Also she mentioned whipworms and said it’s rare... yet I researched and in fact, i have a friend who is also a veterinarian but isn’t in cebu and both of them said it's a common pathogen or parasite. Seemsto me sure was just reasoning out to get out of the situation. Such a shame. Don't go there! Also my friend's dog had been checked there and they did get lab samples but the dog died before the result even came out because they said the machine was damaged, yet they didn't inform my friend about this. Don't Go here. Save your pets!
