My wife and I took clothes there to clean. We borrowed a book bag from one of our kids to carry the clothes in. When we returned to get the cleaned clothes, some of the clothes had holes made in them with some type of string tied through the holds. Our child's book bag we used to deliver the clothes was not there and they said they could not find it.

Laundry. Price is 25 pesos per kilogram, towels 50 pesos per kilogram. Other rates are prominently on display in the shop. The normal time takes two days, rush service is same day. I have used their services and they have washed and folded the laundry in time. What I especially didn't like is that they have left the laundry tags on each item of clothing! I have to remove them manually by myself.
