A cozy place to spend with the loved ones or to have a brain storming with your colleagues.

The place is clean and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. Though it's better and cheaper to contact them directly than book through an online booking app because of the additional charges that goes with the second party. It's located along the circumferential road of Biliran, in Naval. It has a view of the rice fields.

Fragoch Tourist Inn located just a kilometer away from the main busy streets of the Naval Town Proper. My stay here is just okay. Like I mean, just okay. The price here is somewhat not worthy of the value it can give you. Service Time to your meal is quite long, there food is not that good but okay, their "Tablea" Drink or Hot Choco Drink using the local Cacao is not that Pure or not that good quality, and then their is not so much you that you can do in their place than to sleep or rest. Though, if you are looking for a place to stay outside the Busy streets, or if you wanted to do some underground stuff where you don't want many people see you going inside the hotel with your car or motorcycle, then this is the best place for you to go into. During night, the street here is so quite, dark, that almost nobody will even see you get inside aside from the guard on duty. And th good thing also in this Hotel/Inn is if you wanted to go early to Tacloban City or Ormoc City the next day, Van-vans Public Utility Vehicle with HiAce Vans are available parking in the nearby street / gasoline station until 6AM...

Room was spacious and clean, but no chairs or table to leave your clothes and luggage on. Tap was not working but shower was warm and good. It's wise to announce using breakfast, lunch or dinner in the hotel, which is possible, because otherwise the very friendly staff will be flabbergasted. A simple beer is not available at dinnertime, some soft drinks and stronger spirits are. There is free WiFi on the ground and first floor, but it couldn't reach the second.

I just dropby, but i did not check in the hotel. But it seems good because they have a very nice check in counter with beautiful staff.
