Worst costumer service ever. Employees barely pay attention to customers walking in let alone smile at them or offer assistance. Never reaches out to customers regarding parcel, does not attempt to make contact. Doesn't answer the telephone no matter how many times you attempt to call. Needs drastic improvement. Wouldn't bother doing transactions with J&T especially this branch if only other couriers are available.

Bwisit na J&T will not even communicate if it is returned to the seller. All of a sudden you are returning an item without even attempting to deliver. Bwisit
