Run like a camp,, not pleasant people, like they are doing you a favor by being here. Outside the appartments are dirty and dusty, why do we even pay such high community fees?

Thanks to Elmer D. I've lost a big amount of money for promising things just to close a deal. I can not recommend Filivest to anyone. I have shown pictures that proof that 100% of my investment should be refunded but "higher managemnt" decided that it sould only be 50%. Filinvest is a disgrace. Poor customer service and poor management. Nov. 21, 19: Just little update, I'm still waiting for my refund. The "management" keeps sending me automated E-Mails. Customer service does not seem to interest anyone here. Apart from empty promises, there is nothing here.

I am buying one of these in building 8. In fact my unit is already ~ 70% paid off. I wonder when building 8 will be completed though. I might eventually move to DVO but in the meantime I’m slaving away here in the states.
