Over-all experience was great. Would still love to go back if visiting Davao. It is a great place to relax. We had a lovely room. My partner enjoyed the place. I did the research on the place and booked it due to our early flight the following day. It's just a couple of minutes going to the airport. Very accessible. Plus they offer airport transfers for 350 pesos, which I told my partner, is already okay, so we wouldn't have to worry about our ride and we can be at ease in terms of safety and security. 4-Stars since it still has rooms for improvement in terms of cleanliness and food preparation. Cleanliness - "insects" inside and outside the room. May be due to weather which is why these are coming out but I hope they can do something about it. Food - first order of fries, was nice. Would have been better if the menu was more detailed. If it specified the amount and flavor. Tuna sandwich is okay. Buffalo Wings has little, to no seasoning at all. More like fried chicken without even salt. And for the Mango Smoothie, I can barely taste any mango. I hope you would take this as a constructive criticism to further improve your guest's stay. Still, the service and place has been nothing but amazing. For its' affordable price, I'd say it is worth it. Lovely experience.

The best villa, inn or place to stay for a little staycation in the city, great service from the staff, good food, nice pool and exceptional room. We were supposedly staying on the superior queen but they upgraded us to king deluxe to have a social distance from other guest without any additional charge. This room is unbelievable as it has 75 inch Sony TV, Jacuzzi, high ceiling with chandelier and very cozy/comfortable king bed. This has been a great experience despite the pandemic situation and there are no other words to describe this residential place. 🎉🎊🎇🎆🥳

Our room was not available when we arrived. We booked 7 months in advance, paid upfront, and the room was not available. Property was infested with cockroaches. See picture. Drains clogged. They put 10 plus room into this home and the plumbing was not sufficient. No water pressure in the whole house when one person is taking a shower. Rooms are very small. They packed us in a small room because they overbooked and charged us extra for mattresses (no mercy from the management who only cares about money). We slept on the floor instead of beds because they did not have our room and they thought beds and rooms are equivalent to floor mattresses and should be paid fully. We did not use their pool because the water was cloudy and we did not want to get sick. They gave us towels that were falling apart. See picture. Property was difficult to find that taxis were getting lost (wasted a lot of time), located on unpaved road. Our experience was a nightmare. The management thought overbooking was just a business as usual and no idea how much trouble it causes their guests.

I booked two rooms at this hotel for three nights with my family during our vacation in Davao. Our stay was perfect! My children enjoyed the pool and my wife and I had a superb time together. The rooms were relatively big and beds were very much comfortable. This hotel is better than I expected. They also offer good food at reasonable prices. Had a little prob with the wifi though but this was already expected. I have to give 5-star for staff and cleanliness. The place is also close to airport which made our vacation even smoother. I would definitely choose again this place for our next visit in Davao! Thank you, Executive Villa Inn & Suites! Until next time. 🙂
