Edit: Redeemed themselves to some degree with customer service coming up with a compromise, which I prefer over not getting anything at all. 4 Stars because this could have been avoided if they'd communicated better on cut-offs. Original Review below (2020-02-12) Really disappointing. Elvy's has beautiful plants, terrible service. I had an order placed with them early in the week, for Valentine's. No problems! I gave all the necessary information and they gave payment details, but no price. When I followed up a few days later on the price to finalize the transfer, I was informed that the cut-off had passed for payment, and my order was not confirmed. I understand the necessity of cut-offs. But they need to understand that it's their responsibility to inform customers of when their orders are locked in or not, and that if there's a cut-off for payment, they need to inform the customers of that cut-off.

Disappointing customer service. Didn't deliver on time. Doesn't give you any updates on the delivery. Doesn't keep their words. Refunds takes too long and exceeded their ETA. Overall extremely bad experience.

Extremely disappointing. Already paid 2 weeks ago to ensure smooth transaction. Today- no updates nor feedback. Tried to message and call to no avail. Event is almost over and I am still without feedback. Such a scam.

Very bad Valentine’s Day service. Reserved 3 weeks ago yet I did not get my flowers at the designated time. None of the given contact numbers were replying. Needed to go to the store to get my flowers and when I received them, it was substandard. Also, the cake that was part of the promo wasn’t also given. Will never return to this flower shop again.

I have ordered many times to send to my girlfriend in the Philippines. Always high quality flowers. Communication is always quick and respectful. Since I don't have a catalogue to see they are very patient to help me work out the order. They are the best in Manila. Facebook or messenger has worked best for me.
