This would have been a good gym. Ive managed to use the facilities a few times. Their trainers are great. Very positive and encouraging. Their main let down is their reception/sales staff. they are incredibly rude and frustratingly inconsistent. Due to wrong information given by a sales/reception staff, we were misled and therefore misunderstood the mechanics of their current sales promotions. Instead of calmly explaining things to us, the staff stopped us from exercising and just proceeded to ask for additional money and just rudely pointed out (repeatedly) that we were wrong. our personal conversations were interrupted (we were not talking to them) just for them to say that we were wrong. No attempt to clarify and make amends for the misinformation given to us. from the looks of it, it might be that the staff were unclear of their current sales promotions and therefore could not give right information to us. I have been to many gyms having lost 25 kgs in 4 months and have maintained the weight for 3 years while travelling around different cities around the world. this is the first time that a gym has been so unprofessional. Rude staff and Unclear guidelines on sales promotions. Its a recipe for disaster. unfortunately, we bore the brunt of it. going to the gym is a difficult lifestyle change. i know, ive been there. the gym should be hassle free and should be welcoming. this gym's reception staff does not promote fitness. instead it promotes discord and more stress. dont go to this gym.
