I went there for a medical. They secure the safety of their employees and other clients by doing the first screening of the visitors who go to the clinic. They do the triage at the corridor outside the building. After gathering important data they need from you and confirmed you are safe from any symptoms of covid, you are free to go upstairs where you could continue the medical test. It was smooth process I had experienced there and got finished just over an hour. I highly suggest to go there earlier like 7:30 in the morning 😁

Very poor customer service, scheduled an appointment for the completion of my annual physical exam, went there and there were a lot of people. I thought they made appointments to secure the safety of people by not flocking in but it doesn't seem like it.

Dr was extremely rude. He walked out on me twice, did not even apologize to me even after their clinic head asked him to. Do not go to this clinic you will be receiving the same treatment

I was kinda demanding but the team handled it with grace. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Got my APE and Dr. requested lab tests done in 2 hours. “Pro” advice: the early bird catches the worm

Unorganized. I was very early to get my pre employment exams. A colleague of mine arrived more than an hour later. Guess what, she finished ahead of me. I was then advised to wait for more than an hour as the doctor is already out on lunch. Bad impression. If there's an insurance company that will recommend Aventus, I wouldn't get them as well. Aventus has left me a bitter aftertaste.
