Confusing policy. Staff inside is not smiling and not accomodating. But the people who usher is very helpful.

Very accommodating.

I've consulted here few years back regarding my dog's condition as unfortunately I was still a student back on those days so I was not able to afford consulting a private vet. I was able to get prescription from the Vet on shift from the City Veterinarian office, my dog lived 2 more years afterwards. Indeed her prescription helped in the treatment of my dog.

Too many crowd

The one who answered my call later passed mo on to her colleague then i heard them laughing because i was inquiring about checking up on my pet bird. So professional. 🤦 The way she answered was so lazy to hear just like a stereotype goverment worker/staff. Edit: this is by call only so i haven't met the vet. This is for the staff who answered my inquiry.
