A must try! Their milkteas taste great yet affordable...I've been to a lot of milktea houses but Teacups' tapioca is the best so far,it's chewy and delicious.. Even my nieces (certified milktea addicts) are so inlove with their drinks,They have many milktea flavors to choose from, looking forward of trying them all.

Affordable milktea and fruit teas! Owners are really kind, too. Place is small and non-airconditioned but it's fine! They have few palochina tables and chairs and the ambiance is cozy enough. I live nearby and it's not much of a hang out place. People just usually buy, sit for a while, and eventually leave. It mainly offers 1 liter drink sizes which price range matches 22oz in other stores. They offer the usual flavors that more commercialized milktea places have but in cheaper prices. I heard they plan to add pastries to the menu but as of writing there's none yet.
