Having their service is okay. They have good stuff for your event especially for your wedding souvenirs and invitations. Rating them 3 star 1. I got my orders before i need them. But i dislike how ive been through they are not answering phone calls and replies in messenger for my follow ups and went to their store and its very tiring. 2. Too much confusion of my orders probably they have plenty costumers/clients and yet they have less people working. 3. No proper timeline for your order. 4. They talk nice but very poor communication and too much confusion. Plan your event always if you order a month before, expect husstle in their service. So far, i dont receive defect, only husstle on costumer service.
