As the name implies Uson's specialty dish is the Pigar-pigar. Its a dish with stir fried beef with vegetables perfectly matched with rice. Totally filling. It also cater different Filipino dishes with reasonable prices.

It was ok. Though compared to Dagupan pigar pigar, they should put more vegetables like cauliflower or carrots instead of just onions and cabbage. It wasn't bad but it wasn't great either. If you are from San Carlos and just want to get a quick taste of pigar pigar without traveling too far then this is a place where you can grab it.

Food is good in this place. The place itself though can be improved. Still, this is one of the good carinderias here in San Carlos. 😁
