If you ever find yourself in San Carlos City, this is definitely a place that's been around for generations. For pickup orders or delivery, to friends, family or as gifts, Kevin's is top notch. I rarely give 5 stars, that's why I gave a 4

Every holiday season, the level of service flunks big time. Imagine a palabok with a super stingy amount of scarce meat and chicharon. It lacks eggs, squid and shrimp yet they charge the full amount. Overpriced so-so food. A carinderia claiming to be a restaurant.
