Its okay, but not totally happy with the service and the place as well. Place: Very accessible to the public specially because the location is near from two national roads (Pres. Quirino Highway and Pedro Gil) giving service to the locale of Malate, San Andres and Paco (as its main market). Inside were of course occupied by model units, but not as pleasing as other branches I've been through. The place is not well ventilated with two service fans for customers. Parking for motorcycles are possible. Service: In terms of service, which I didn't enjoy the most. They've done what they are tasked to do, without giving so much effort to assure the satisfaction of their customer. I've been cracking jokes to their crews, but guess what, they're as serious as my grand mom (very scary). I advice to call them before doing any transaction to make it faster. Service section is almost the same, they tend to slack off sometimes whenever mechanics are done with their job orders. They don't also follow tipping policy, so no tipping policy is not strictly implemented. Overall, you get what you want with them. It's done. I wish they improve more from the aesthetics of the place down to their service to their customers as per prescribe by their own business mantra.
