Used to workout here, though not very often (like once a month). It's affordable as expected since equipment are quite old. There is something wrong with some people watching over this gym. So I've surrendered my ID just like what I usually do, handed him over the P50 payment. I even inquired if they have energy drink, as I usually order. So the guy took my ID and the payment and told me they have rules and ask me to read it. I told him I've been there for quite a few time already and read it but he insisted and told me "no, it's the first time that I saw you here" and I told him "seriously I've been here already". He threw my ID and my money on the ground telling me, "here take this and get out!". Then closed the office door. I knocked again, and said "why is it that you need to do that, I know your rules and I will follow them, do you have to really treat me like that?" He just replied "just go out, so that there's no problem". That was so frustrating. Very ill-mannered and unprofessional. To who ever the owner is, I was trying to reach you to discuss this very frustrating experience. You need to change the way your people are operating your business. Instead of treating a not-so-often customer right to make them come back, you drive them away.

The owners a dick. This place is WHACK! the Equipment is rusted and unstable.. Benchpress is made for midgets. And they have this policy of holding your ID while you work out. Im from Vegas so obviously i dont have a local ID.

this is a harcore street gym..just dont expect great or even good customer service.

I don't know if the guy there is the owner or just a staff. But he sounds pretty unpleasant and unwelcoming! The equipment is rusty but its okay i can manage. The Only PROBLEM Is the ATTITUDE of that guy!
