A good to relax

I would love it more if they can offer more

The place is FILTHY; it was not airconditioned (small desk fans were provided in each space), the massage beds were dirty, towels stunk and were not properly laundered, the oil was placed inside sauce containers (patis containers!!!), does not have a spa-like ambiance (the curtain that separates the staff kitchen was wide open and you can see everything), and the toilet was wet and dirty. We chose this place since my sister enjoyed her experience at Banahaw Heals Spa Cavite and Las Piñas and it was difficult to book for 5 people at Nuat Thai, however this proved to be our big mistake. This BHS Sta. Ana was disgusting. Not only we had a problem with the cleanliness, the massage therapists were unprofessional. One of the therapists reacted rudely when she was assigned to my tall brother saying "Sa akin talaga ang matangkad at malaking tao?" and the receptionist had to swap them around. Some had their mobile phones on loud, were chatting indiscretely (plus singing??), and we can hear dishes being washed and thrown around. Instead of leaving the "spa" relaxed, we were so stressed and felt really dirty. In hindsight, now I understand why we were asked to pay BEFORE we received the services. I feel bad for the franchisee/owner of this Sta. Ana Branch. If you are wondering why you never have repeat clients, look into your facilities and most especially into your staff. Yuck.
