Had a great experience last November 2020.

Massage therapist should be taught to ask customers from time to time if the customer is satisfied on their massage. The customer don’t want to speak most of the time. Not to degrade or anything, but massage therapist should also look presentable. The presence of the massage therapist greatly affects the trust that the customer will be giving to them.

Branch is small compared to other branches in Makati. I was disappointed when after the foot wash they used a wet towel with a hole in it. It’s a good thing I brought ear phones because other customers were loud. The massage was good but the atmosphere and service needs improvement. Will try their home service instead.

Stay away from this Nuat Thai branch at Lerato. The staff is so unprofessional and the place is badly managed. A group of them would hang out in the customer area and loudly chat as you get your feet washed in a bucket. Here I noticed a small cockroach crawl in one of the staff's leg but I decided to keep silent since it serves them right for keeping the place pest-friendly. This is a sign of worse things to come. Inside, each massage area is separated by a thin cloth so you can easily hear people argue and fight in a foreign language. The bed sheet and pillow smells like it has only been washed after every 3 customers to conserve water and detergent. The background music reminds me of K-Pop. Unfortunately, not South but North Korea since it sounds like parade music in honor of Kim Jong-un. Well, at least it kind of helps drown the constant gossiping of the staff. The massage itself is pretty bad and the masseuse seems to do the opposite of what you tell them. They lacked proper training, courtesy, and proper grooming. This Nuat Thai branch at The Lerato should be stripped of its franchise. One of the worst massage experience I've had.

The place seems new but overused and not well-designed. The things of the staff are scattered near the massage areas. The sink where they wash their things creates noise that can be heard during the massage service. Worst, their male staff were very noisy even though my massage therapist asked, scolded maybe even begged them to be quiet for more than 5 times because I can hear them chatting so loud. Maybe they should put a manager in this branch to keep the house in order. Aside from my massage therapist and the cashier girl, the other staff are not customer-oriented. As a loyal nuat thai customer, I have tried many branches from all over the Metro and I can say, this branch so far has the worst service. My favorites are Greenbelt and around SM MOA in the condominium with Sen Lak Thai restaurant. These two branches gave the best massage service in terms of the quality of the massage. For SM MOA, some non-Filipino customers tend to be so noisy as well but the Filipino staff can scold them to stay quiet. And the best massage I have tried this year is from the branch near SM MOA.
