Thanks to them, our dog Slammu is well on his way to recovering from a broken humerus and can look forward to again living life to the fullest! Our family is so thankful for having been referred to Dr. Aris. In turn, we gladly and highly recommend his practice and facilities to anyone looking for the very best veterinary care for their pets and animals. Here’s why: On the patient’s side: Dr. Aris’ thoroughness, decision-making and problem-solving skills, quiet confidence, compassion, and overall competence made him well-equipped to deal with a case like Slammu’s, which required a grueling 4-hour orthopedic surgery (instead of the usual 2 hours). Not an easy feat! On the owner’s side: From the moment we sought his second opinion until 6 weeks later when he removed Slammu’s cast, Dr. Aris was transparent and forthright, yet compassionate and patient with us in dealing with Slammu’s diagnosis and treatment plan. He gave us several treatment options, all the while keeping in mind that Slammu’s case is budget-sensitive. He also answered all our questions and addressed all our concerns, so that we felt assured that Slammu was in the best hands possible. He even sent us updates and photos before and after the surgery, and his post-operation care instructions were detailed and clear. All in all, in our experience, the team at Santa Ana Animal Health Clinic has been a professional, helpful, knowledgeable, caring, and nurturing bunch (Slammu surely misses them!).
