The place is nice and cozy. The service is good. Its just after you pay for the service, the massage therapist demanded a tip, of course i gave one, but demanding the amount??? Its just insulting, The other thing is the receptionist also agrees with the therapist. Forcing a tip from a paying customer is quite rude and its not the first time this happened. Tipping is a choice by a customer. Social norms dictates a tip for a good/satisfied service is appreciated, but asking for specific amount is just pushing it. Please do something to improve on this.
