Star Plaza Hotel

The staff were very helpful and observant of health practices. They always greet guests with a smile. They pay attention to guests in case they need something. Our room (family suite 409) was big and bright with lots of mirrors, counter and floor space. The beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. The bath worked perfectly and had H/C water. The food at the restaurant was also great! The shrimps and squid were fresh. Lots of delicious choices at good rates. The 2 things I felt disappointed with was room service was served in papercups and styro and the electric pot was not cleaned. It had the coffee made by previous occupants.

Better Place for a good price... nice clean rooms and friendly staff, and also the food are very delicious!

Best Hotel in Pangasinan coming from 2 Australians. Free wifi, built in TV, Air condition room with amazing soft comfortable beds. Workers are very nice and welcoming. Housekeeping was amazing when it came to cleaning our room and greetings us in the hall way every morning. Breakfast was great if only it had more options. We did stay there for 2 weeks and had the best time staying in STAR PLAZA HOTEL. Highly Recommended !!!

The bathrooms for the guest rooms were filthy dirty and disgusting when I went on vacation to Dagupan 5 years ago and the service was excellent but please get the bathroom rebuilt and the hotel view is good. But I have to say the hotel needs a lot of work it's not good yet it needs a lot of hard work and the patio needs a lot more cleaning and the air condition clean it and disinfect the aircon before people go inside the hotel. Please REBUILD THE BATHROOM IN THE HOTel for the guest room, the aircon and the bedrooms ITS NOT GREAT YET BUT PLEASE DO SOME RECONSTRUTCTION FOR THE GUEST ROOMS IN THE HOTEL AND SO AS THE REBUILD AND FIX THE BATHROOMS PROPERLY.
