Room has lot's of unwanted guest(mosquitoes) very clear cleanliness is not maintained. Very noisy outside like some kind of machine is being operated you cannot rest properly. Cr is too small and they don't even put rags in front of the door so it makes the floor very slippery. Staff are not accommodating, they're sleeping while on duty. Cause of this we only stayed for a few hours. The only good thing about this hotel it's near on city proper. AC still new and breakfast is good

Room is okay but there's a leak on the floor. So I had to go down from the 3 flr to their office... They have no service phone inside the room... Aircon is not that cool. It's noisy even inside the room because it's just beside the highway. Don't stay here! Haha. Sorry.

Overall experience was nice. 5 stars for convenient location. Great option if you're planning to take the bus the next day to another destination or to take the jeepneys to tour around the city. It's right beside the main road and across two to three Manila-bound bus terminals. I booked the standard corporate room (not sure if I got it right.) I think the area for 4 single-pax rooms was around 30sqm or less. It's good for people traveling with just a small luggage or a backpack. They have a small closet with a lock and key for your personal items or clothing. The only downside was that I can hear people entering and exiting since my room was right beside the main door. And I can hear my neighbors in the midst of a personal conversation since the partitions did not cover the entire height of the room. But no other complaints since I only stayed overnight and I'd still recommend it if you're just planning to have a place to rest for a couple of hours before heading to your next destination.

Accommodations are clean and homey. Free breakfast with your overnight stay. Has a 7-11 at the foot of their stairs. Best thing is it’s right in-front of the bus terminals.
