They are lacking of Queue management compare to other branches. It's not a pleasant experience I always have to go through if there are a lot of rumbled customers waiting to be attended. So I highly suggest them to fix that ASAP for they're customer's convinience.

I agree with the other comment. They are consistent in slowing down literally im not over reacting. We have seniors in line waiting patiently even when the staff is very slow. I dont see that they have care for their customers. management please do something about your staff. Tsk tsk
