Nostalgic hospital for my personal Mammy Marietta last request for Hospital service. Mammy Marietta pass away after the Holy Year of Mercy and Compassion with Cancer Care.

Please I beg of you! Fix your process for OB Patients. Current process as of now Nov 5, 2018, when the patient gets to your hospital, the security guard will inform patients to sit first and at around 6:30 your staff on the information desk will ask for everyone to come forward and have the patients record updated and at around 7 the guard will randomly give numbers. Yes RANDOMLY because unfortunately their process sucks! How can any of the patient know who comes first and not! We can only do is remember faces but then again if they are more confident other patient will go ahead of someone else that cane to the hospital first!!! I hope you accept suggestion and give consideration to the pregnants and have atleast a decent basis for the sequence of the patients! The guard should at least have at least a draft or an empty bond paper where in once the OB ptient comes in she gets the chance to fill out the paper and be aware of what number he is already!!!! That should be the first process! Not sitting down and wait for 7am for the official numbering of patients!

The doctors are very nice, the nurses are very attentive. You really know you are in good hands with this hospital

Please take action about the 'surot' in the wooden bench at the OPD section.

The hospital is good but the OB doctors and other nurses are typical in public hospitals .. Many bullies as well as the admin when complaining, the answer to you, "forgive the doc that's how he really speaks" .. The voice is high and very unprofessional. .Please be patient because that is the practice of their doctors who are UNPROFESSIONAL .. Take note, patients should adjust! I just hope we come back with improvement as promised by Dra. Benedict. God bless!
