Very Low quality customer service Called to get help and the representative didn't care to help and when I was asking more questions he decided to hang up on me. Don't recommend. Manila Forwarder, you really need to invest some time training your team with customer support.

Been sending balikbayan boxes from US to the Philippines since year 1992 and someone told me to try MANILA FORWARDERS. I did , and now I regreted it cause in my entire life other cargo companies never fail to deliver my packages on time. I sent my box on Sept 30,2018 and inside the box are things that were intended for my parent’s 50th wedding anniversary last 12/21/2018. It’s already Januart 5, 2019 , almost 4 months now and my box still not delivered. The wedding anniversary been over and this company cost me an arm and a leg .I called the US company many times , with no resuts. To those who are planning to send boxes to ILOCOS SUR , think before using this company. If I can use a 1/4 star I would . MANILA FORWARDERS SUCKS. If you want evidence , just type my tracking number #116579 . You will see the proof that I am not making up this review .
