This goes under the known name "Galaxy" and not Matsuri. Totally no respect for sleeping neighbors. They will blurt out their subwoofers and turn the extremely powerful speakers starting midnight till 4am. Local building officials of Malabon allow such establishments to open without requiring them to soundproof their videoke bars or limit their noise from 10pm to 6am. Why can't the Health officials of Malabon require these night establishments to close all windows, soundproof the videoke bar, and install aircon. Many residents live nearby and have to tolerate this nuisance every night. The sound system of this Videoke bar is so loud that you can feel its subwoofer up to 100m away. If you complain to the baranggay office or to the police, they will say they can do nothing because City Hall issued them a permit to make noise at night and this bar is protected by such a permit issued by Malabon Health and Building Permit officials. This has been going on for almost 5 years already.
