Poor customer service. Wanton mami soup is sooooo cold. Chao fan wasn't cooked well. No dip for our dumpling and dirty tables.

dear chowking robinson malabon i just informed you that the crew jerwin was in an accident and that he collided with my mother elsa flore grandecila, he was taken to the hospital and that CT SCAN and XRAY and thursday september 19.2019 the result ... when talking jerwin and I said he was told by manager luz mise to go to the chowking branch to borrow stocks, so jerwin drove a motorcycle and accidentally hit my mom and hit her in the head, gas in the arm bruises where, in addition, he showed no license, so my family and I will take legal action regarding the incident so that it will not be repeated and will not be finalized.

I ordered 1pc chicken with choco pao in their store. When I first ordered it I was about 2minutes in front of the counter, just passing by their cashier, nobody was watching me! Then the next serving of food !!! How long have they warmed my order !! They have a lot of crew but no one is paying attention to my order !!!! They're just passing by !!! Even their manager !!!! They have three other managers onfloor dun !!!! Then if I didn't tell their service staff that my order on the warmer would NOT be my order !!!! Then when the product is sold out of the chicken product itchura it looks like chicken sold in the corner !!!!! IT'S NOT WORTH IT I HAVE paid !!!! I just encountered a chowking like that !!!! Nakakabadmood !!! The feeling that you are hungry enough that this is not the best quality product you can get !!!
