Facilities is well ventilated, maybe for improvement if they can add a white board marker. They can improve on how they can explain such information to owners by providing visual explanation. Pet owners are not that all knowledgeable on the terms. I got my dog checked up here, they just mentioned that my dog has a Parvo and said that it needs to be confined. I hope they can provide more content on what it is? is there a cure ? what are the medications that needs to be provided ?. I don’t know if I am asking too much, but I am just looking for a compassionate vet i guess.

I can't say anything bad with regard to the service they provided. The staffs are friendly and accommodating. However, I was just offended and felt discriminated by whoever is handling their customer service thru the phone. Days before I went to the clinic, I texted them to check on their availability and charges. They were accomodating when I asked for my beagle puppy, but then when I asked for grooming services for my aspin dog, I got nothing. 3 days after that, I texted them again concerning the beagle, they immediately responded. So, when I first went to the clinic, I only brought my beagle and didn't ask for the aspin. The same goes for my second visit. Before my third visit, I texted them again because I have a conflict with my schedule. During the conversation, I asked again for their grooming services for the aspin; again, I got nothing. Several hours after that, I called them out for their lack of concern. They responded few hours after that but, I still decided to opt for a more accommodating pet care provider. I wrote this review because I can't look past this lind of treatment. Still, thanks.
