Pastas are great. Full course meals are good too. Best for snacks between lunch and dinner. Sweet tooth? No problem. Cakes and pastries are one of the best in Silay City. Very cozy and the personnels are very friendly. Serving time may take a while. Over all, highly recommended and a go to place when in Silay City, Negros Occidental.

I love their pasta selections and especially impressed by the spaghetti with meatballs and sirloin steak sandwich. The latter has a cucumber salad sides which is mouthwatering. We sampled many pasta and they were all awesome. I wish they have their in house carbonated drinks since I skip colas.

4/5 stars for now! I came to try their Beef Stew and Lasagna but was disappointed when the waitress told me that some of their food were not available including the dishes I came for. I opted to try the Chicken Salpicao, a safe choice at that time. It was good and the serving was quite okay. I then had Pesto with Dried Fish to-go for my snack. The pasta was amazing! The pesto was not too strong and the dried fish gives this crunch and texture to the plate. It was definitely the star of my experience at Café 1925 but I will surely be back to try out their menu.
