In Cafe Velo the ambience is very cool, the coffee is good. If you are in silay city and you love coffee it's a must visit.

It's a nice enough place to eat and hang out in. Clean facilities and visually tempting bites that send you to the moon. Check it out!

All they have to offer is corny interiors. Take away the loud colors of the place and it's nothing. Coffee is BAD. Food is forgettable. Everything is OVERPRICED. Staff aren't very nice either. Don't go here. There are a lot more cafes in Bacolod or Silay that are way better.
