I chanced upon Insiang's Empanada while I was looking for Irene's Empanada. Insiang's is a small street side empanadahan with a couple of tables set up by the sidewalk. The first time I bought empanada from Insiang's, I was delightfully surprised by how good it is. The egg was a bit runny, which I liked. The second time I visited, it wasn't the same quality.
