PNB Camiguin Mambajao

One ATM and 80-90% of the time off-line, out of order sometimes for 5 days in a row. Go to Landbank nearby. 3 ATM's there which makes this bank much better managed.

Stole 10,000 pesos from me. Charged my account and didn't dispense the money. Gave no receipt. I have witnesses who were with me. I highly suggest getting cash in a bigger city and bringing it to Camiguin. The island is wonderful. This bank, not so much.

Slow does not accept english atm cards ?

The atm worked fine for us and accepted our foreign bank card. 200 pesos fee for foreign banks, which seems to be the norm in Philippines

The view across the street is nice.
