I usually would not edit my reviews, but I feel this is the easiest way to bring feedback to the owners of this business. Baristacja was my go to place every single time I visited Białystok. I would be sure to get great coffee, to be greater by nice staff, get great food and spend a nice few minutes enjoying my lunch, breakfast or cake. This time I was quite disappointed 😥 I have the feeling that the owners of this Cafe take their customers for granted and not only stopped improving their business but even let the quality of the food and service go down. It really feels like the place lost its heart. 1. ⌚ First of all, the new crew is extremely slow. First, it took me almost 10min to place my order. Even though there were only 2 people in front of me. 2. ⌚ Then, 30 min for a coffee and a piece of cake. I have never waited 30min for a small order like this. Even in the busiest times at baristacja 3. Then I decided to talk to the lady, to very nicely and kindly, with a smile, I ask about my order. Since it was a bit busy maybe it was forgotten or overlooked. As a reply I got 2 angry looks from both ladies and a reply "no tak, ale mamy dużo zamówień teraz". 😡 ....I am so sorry to bother you, your highness, me, unworthy peasent, asking for my stupid order. Obviously there are more important matters on this esrth than this question. Please forgive 🙏 4. Then 10min later the quality of both the coffee and the food was disappointing as well. And now I don't know whether it is because of all that happen before it or the quality did got worse but I don't think I will be coming back to that used-to-be-lovely place. I do understand that there are those more busy days, and annoying customers, and I don't expect people serving me to be all smiles all the time. But some basic human dignity, expects to be answered in a polite way. If I wanted to just have a coffee I could have stayed at home 💵 ☕ Please Baristacja managment, get your sh*t together.
