The initial delight of the (new) customer turned into complete indifference and collision with the worst possible quality of banking services. The service may be smiling, but the customer is not laughing during long queues. Often there is a failure of the ATM / cash deposit machine and you can fill (just like me) fear of not having the money deposited on your account - simply the cash machine "cut the cash". It is difficult to recommend such services ...

Very negative feelings after changes that occur over time, and I have been a customer for many years and I do not know if I will continue. Branch hours were changed to 10-17, so it is not possible to settle matters in the bank neither in the morning nor in the afternoon, but queues queue up during the day, which is also discouraging to visits. The latest change is the inability to reach the selected branch directly. I do not understand what this solution was intended for? As a consequence, it irritates the client by calling somewhere to some collective information point. I understand that this is rather a solution so that customers do not disturb the bank's work. A few more such changes and the bank will not notice that the customers are gone and they will continue to work.

It used to be fast, pleasant and classy here. Customer service has gone down on dogs for several months. There is absolutely no one to talk to in this ward to solve any problem. Something strange is happening at BZ WBK. I do not recommend a personal account, and above all a COMPANY account! Three other banks at the same time give a high rating to the company, and BZ WBK suddenly withdraws the signed contracts WITHOUT THE JUSTIFICATION.
