Horrible service. A bank employee made a mistake in calculating the commission for international bank transfer and made this a problem for the client, demanding the impossible: to come personally from Belarus within 2 hours to pay $ 2, threatens to withdraw the payment of $ 3,680 because of this. I have never seen such a terrible service and attitude towards the client. He doesn’t respond to messages, he delays the payment, does not give the contacts of his management and his email. Do not mess with this bank ever!

Waiting on hotline 33 minutes to no avail, all consultants busy. At 18.17 on 01.10.2019 does all of Poland call the helpline to bosnia's bank ??? Anyone work there? żenada
