An absolute tragedy. Never bring your money here. Everything sucks here, service, long lines, fees on fees. The bank manager walks around sees the long lines and does nothing. The workers are misserable and its always a big deal to get anything done. Here I am sitting and waiting 45 minutes to make a simple deposit. This bank needs too get their head out of their ass specifically this branch which is the main branch for the city! I will say I have been to other branches and its a pleasure to deal with them.

I set up an account with a bonus. Unfortunately, I had a problem to log in at all. After 3 months, I had PLN 42 in the red, which I fired at the bank by closing the account, which also lasted over 20 minutes. If someone is counting on promotion, I do not recommend it.

Unfortunately, I do not recommend this place. Ladies work as a punishment, they send you from position to position. One has training, the other finishes work and the third is occupied. There was no one at all the windows. Zero customer service standards. Defeat.

I do not recommend using the payment / withdrawal window. 10 people are waiting in the queue, one box is only open. The expected time is one hour! Of course, other bank employees can't do anything about it ... you have to wait.

We have November 2019. And looking at comments from years ago regarding queues and women who see large queues and do nothing about it ... I conclude that it is still unchanged.
